How to request a billing review, cancel renewals and understand refunds for VirtualVox business services.

1. Your agreed purchase terms
VirtualVox is a product of AIIDL Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India. Charges and refund eligibility depend on the quotation, order form, subscription terms or other agreement accepted for your purchase, together with applicable law. This page explains how to request a review; it does not create a universal refund window or money-back guarantee.
Read this policy with our Terms of Service. A signed agreement takes precedence where it directly conflicts with these online terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
2. Cancellation and renewals
Voice-minute top-ups are one-time prepaid purchases with no automatic renewal. Once payment is confirmed, the purchased minutes are added to your Production account. Buying minutes does not activate calling or approve your account. If you were charged but the minutes are missing, check the purchase status before paying again and contact us with the payment reference.
If your purchase includes automatic renewal, request cancellation through available billing controls or email [email protected]. Include the account email, company name and subscription or invoice reference. Follow any notice period in your accepted order.
Cancelling future renewal does not automatically refund an existing payment. Prepaid access ordinarily continues until the paid period ends, unless your agreement provides otherwise or access is suspended as permitted by the Terms. Deleting account data is a separate request.
3. Request a refund or billing correction
Email [email protected] with your account email, company name, invoice or transaction reference, payment date, amount and reason for the request. Explain any duplicate payment, incorrect charge or service issue and attach relevant supporting information. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or bank login details.
We will review the request against your agreement, payment records and applicable rights, and may ask for information needed to verify it. Requesting a review does not itself confirm approval.
4. Usage and third-party charges
Subscription access, completed setup work, consumed calling or messaging usage and third-party charges may be treated differently under your order. Eligibility for any unused balance, service credit or refund depends on those terms. A third-party provider may apply its own billing and refund rules.
5. Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and processing arrangements. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, bank and payment provider. Any service credits or alternative arrangements will be identified in the confirmation. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
