Voice software usage
Prepaid minutes cover AI voice-agent usage at the rate assigned to your account. Supported languages, workflows and integrations depend on your configured deployment.
Digital delivery
There is no physical shipment. Confirmed payments add the purchased minutes to your Production balance. If confirmation is delayed, check payment status before starting another purchase.
Separate setup approval
Buying minutes does not automatically activate Production, connect a phone number or start a call. Account approval, agent setup and any carrier charges remain separate.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Minute packs are prepaid, with no automatic renewal. Consumed usage and completed services are assessed separately from an unused balance or duplicate charge. Review our cancellation and refund policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before purchasing. Payment receipts are not tax invoices; contact the billing team for invoice assistance.
