FROM CONVERSATION TO ACTION

AI voice agent integrations with a clear next step.

Plan how your voice agent connects with business knowledge, phone systems, lead records and booking workflows. VirtualVox confirms the exact connection and required setup for each deployment.

Bring your stack.
We’ll scope the connection.

These are integration areas to discuss, not a catalogue of ready-made connectors. A logo or platform example does not establish compatibility. Share your exact product, plan and required action so support and any custom work can be confirmed.

Four parts of a connected voice workflow

CONNECT THE CONVERSATION

Phone system

Bring your provider, number type and inbound or outbound requirements. Compatibility and routing need to be confirmed for your deployment.

  • Provider and number ownership
  • Call direction and expected volume
  • Transfer and callback requirements

Acceptance testCall the intended number, test a failed connection and verify the agreed handoff.

KEEP THE CONTEXT

CRM & lead records

Decide which enquiry details your team needs and where they belong. Discuss the available API or export route before promising automatic updates.

  • CRM name and available API access
  • Required fields and record ownership
  • Duplicate detection and update rules

Acceptance testUse a test contact to verify field mapping, duplicates and failed-write recovery.

CONFIRM THE NEXT STEP

Calendar & bookings

Define the authoritative calendar and booking rules. A request stays a request until the chosen system confirms an available appointment.

  • Calendar platform and permissions
  • Services, durations and time zone
  • Confirmation and cancellation rules

Acceptance testCheck a full calendar, a duplicate booking and a caller changing their preferred time.

GROUND EVERY ANSWER

Business knowledge

Prepare approved answers, service information and escalation rules. Agree on how updated information reaches the agent and who reviews it.

  • Approved answers and source documents
  • An owner for content updates
  • Topics that require human review

Acceptance testAsk a known question, an outdated question and something outside the approved scope.

Define success before connecting a system.

Document which system owns each record, which fields the agent may read or write, and what happens when an action fails. Use test data first. Review access and retention requirements with your team before adding production data.

Integration questions, answered

Is there a verified list of ready-made integrations?

This website does not publish a verified connector catalogue. Share the exact platform and workflow with VirtualVox so the team can confirm support, access requirements and any custom work before you commit.

Can I connect a CRM or calendar during the browser demo?

The public Priya demo is a live voice conversation. It does not connect to your business CRM or calendar. Those connections are scoped and tested separately for a production deployment.

How should failed actions be handled?

Agree on a fallback for each action. If a record cannot be saved or availability cannot be verified, the caller should receive a clear next step and the responsible team should be able to review the unresolved request.

Are integrations included in the per-minute price?

Confirm setup, integration, telephony and support charges in an itemized quote. Your account rate alone does not establish which connection work is included.
