1. About this policy
This policy explains storage and measurement on the VirtualVox website, operated by AIIDL Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy. Connected services and customer deployments may have their own notices and settings.
2. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files that a service asks your browser to store. Local storage is a separate browser feature that can remember preferences on the same device. Security and account features may require cookies to authenticate requests and maintain a session. Blocking essential storage can prevent those features from working.
Our website stores your optional measurement choice in local storage under virtualvox-measurement-consent-v2. The choice expires after 90 days and is specific to your browser and device. After expiry, optional measurement stays off until you choose again through Cookie settings; the banner does not reopen automatically. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice, so the browser will be treated as a new visitor.
3. Optional measurement
Optional measurement stays off until you allow it. Our own conversion counter records demo starts, connections, submitted requests and completed signup flows as event names, page categories and timestamps, retained for 30 days.
When configured, we also use PostHog to understand visits to public website pages, selected navigation and button clicks, industry sample choices and login or demo outcomes. These events include a temporary browser identifier held in memory and renewed on a full page load. We do not create named visitor profiles. Our event filter excludes email addresses, phone numbers, form values, passwords, verification codes, conversation contents, URL query strings and referrer information. Session recording and automatic form capture are disabled.
PostHog may store a local consent flag named virtualvox-posthog-consent; VirtualVox’s own 90-day choice remains the gate for tracking. PostHog event retention is controlled separately in the analytics project and is not covered by the conversion counter’s 30-day deletion schedule. Contact us for details or a deletion request.
The website respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional measurement off. Ordinary hosting, security and service request processing are separate from this measurement feature.
4. Manage your choices
Use Cookie settings below or the Privacy choices control to allow or decline optional measurement. Declining or withdrawing permission stops future optional events; it does not undo events already collected. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser.
5. Connected services
When you follow an external link or use a connected service, that provider may process information under its own policies. This website’s settings do not change another provider’s storage choices or account settings.
